Well I woke up yesterday morning with a surprize in my inbox. From the staff of Unseen64 was an email telling me that they had receved information about our past game ALONE. They even had a copy of an old Alpha that we had held on our web server. By tmro or the next day you can check their site and you may find an artical about ALONE and a download of the Alpha. We are unsure about how much of the artical is accurate, but I will be able to read it through before they post it. Just click the above link to get to the site. If it is not up yet just wait a day or two and check again. - Jack Russell

Well, there is good news, bad news, and news news. Bad news first, ALONE is canceled. Stick Warz is on hold, and Haiti is earthquaked. FAIL. Good news is there is a new project planned. Project Name is X and we can say no more about it. Now it is easier to get a hold of us than before! Remember waiting for a reply to an email and not even knowing if we would reply? Well now you don't have to wait. RED Paperclip Games now has a comp number you can call to get us on the line! Simply call 231-335-RED1. That is not a toll-free number unfortunately.

Work is progressing well on both Stick Warz AND an unknown project. There is some info about it hidden on the site, but I doubt you could find it, even if you checked ME. Well, I hope you all like the layout because Jacob has approved this new design for the main website! Now that does not mean that the logo contest is canceled. I have done a bit of work to the site pages, revising our mission statement as well as site colors and layout. This is just a test, if Jacob does not say "Keep it this way" I am going to switch the site back in exactly two days. I hope you enjoy this and remember that when submiting logos please submit them in Photoshop Format or if you are using Paint.net, .pdn. This way I can still edit the background color layer to fit whatever the background color for the site happens to be at the time.

Nice work Jack! I have to say the logo looks quite impressive. And Cory is taking on one of the texture artist jobs, we can have more than one so you are still in that position. But this new logo you designed has gave me a new idea. How about we hold a contest to see who can make the best logo, not just for the texture artists but for everyone who wants try a hand at it. Here are the credentials:
1. Must contain a "red" paperclip.
2. RED must be in all Caps
3. Paperclip Games must be in the image
4. Deadline December 31, 2009
This deadline will allow us to give people plenty of time to work on it. And if you have the skills, as an extra you can make a flash or video introduction of the logo. First place winner will be awarded the honor of having the finished logo used as our official logo (if flash or video intro is used then that will be used as well). However somethings must be allowed subject to change. Have fun, and Good luck!

I have not updated on this site in almost one year... Holy Crap. I believe that it is time that I get back in to the game and decide to work on what I had once forgotten. First of all, I should say that my job as a texture artist is not likely to last much longer. Cory Agami, The Master of all things Pixel Art, is likely to be heading the texture team by the looks of his work. I am not sullied by this though though. I was working a bit on a reworking of the RED logo, I am sure this pales in comparison to what Cory could do with it but I decided to take a chance.

I realize that it is late and my "z" key was stuck, but I decided to update a few things. A few may have noticed but "The Hidden" from RED Paperclip Studios is no longer on the site. This is because it has been canceled. This is due to the project being to big for us to handle with ALONE and work. Another note is that we will be attempting to bring back "Stick Wars", a project I had originally began work on my sophomore year of high school. However, we will be using Microsoft XNA to create Stick Wars. When the time comes, look for it on Xbox Live. There is a possibility that the team may begin work on a funny short zombie movie to take the place of The Hidden. At this time I appreciate your patience. I know how it is to have things canceled on me. I will be working on getting a Facebook page as soon as possible to help increase the amount of visits to the site. I will also be updating the site as often as possible and maybe put some small side projects that I am working on.

Well as some of you may know I have just recently opened the site for the viewing public yet again. I am at Zach's now editing the website late into the early morning, my system is pumped with Monster and I am ready to to get stuff done. As for updates on the new site I had to do some revisions. Yes I will admit that I was in fact a procrastinator when it came to editing the site, so not a lot has changed. This site is now mainly for information based text in which viewers who are interested in our materials can get a chance to look at something solid. I will now be posting ALL NEWS on current projects and/or changes to this site. We recently have added a new department to the company known as RED Paperclip Studios where we will be making movie's. ALONE is not entirely in the dark. I have had various problems work on it, mainly the idea that I did not have a computer of my own. I am just getting to finishing up my computer and as soon as I do we will be working almost nonstop on "The Hidden" and "ALONE". For those of you that do not know "The Hidden" is the first project for RED Paperclip Studios and the release date is TBD. In other great news I can officially say that RED Paperclip Games will be picking back up. The summer of 2009 will be a very busy summer for us here. If there is anything wrong on the website or you see an error, please contact me at jwaterman@redpaperclipgames.net. I am still working out the bugs of the site but I was rushed to get it up and running.
